Joseph Lee Levinson has worked as an attorney, managing partner, and entrepreneurial business leader in the Benson, North Carolina, area since 2003. He oversees operations at two successful law firms in the region, Levinson and Axford Law, PA, and Levinson Law Firm. In this position, he assists clients with a broad spectrum of legal needs, ranging from civil litigation to criminal defense. Joseph Lee Levinson is also experienced in estate law and has helped draft and authorize numerous wills.

Through his comprehensive knowledge of real estate and property law, Joseph Levinson has cultivated numerous relationships with local investors, developers, and business owners. His background as a legal professional and business owner enables him to provide strategic insight that both mitigates risk and facilitates growth and profitability.

Joseph Levinson holds a juris doctor from Campbell University Law School and an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While studying law as an undergraduate at UNC, he competed on the school’s wrestling team. He remains involved with his alma mater as a member of Carolina Wrestling Alumni and as a leader of UNC athletics programs.
